Founded in 1981 by Jerry Mathes, Mathes of Alabama Electric Supply Company located in Foley, Alabama, started with 2 employees and $20,000 worth of inventory. In 1983 we relocated into a new 23,500 square foot office and warehouse located on Highway 59, south of Highway 98. In 1986, Mathes of Alabama Electric Supply expanded to include a branch located in Fairhope, Alabama. In 1994, the Fairhope Branch was relocated to a new 12,000 square foot office and warehouse at our present location on Highway 98 in Daphne, Alabama.
Since that time we have added additional product lines, inventories and employees. With our knowledgeable sales staff and fully stocked warehouses, we are able to service our Customer Base throughout the Southwest Alabama and Mississippi Gulf Coast areas.
